Each week provides 5 Days of HIIT Workouts with Post-Workout Recovery, 1 Active Recovery Day and 1 Full Rest Day.
*Options are given so that the entire program can be done with minimal equipment
Suggested Equipment are as follows:
- Jump Rope
- Pull Up Bar
- Resistance Band
- Weights (matching pair of DBs or KB perfered)
- Foam Roller
