Description
– As the title states, this program is going to focus on what I consider the Foundations of CrossFit: a strong and powerful pull, proficiency in Olympic (Clean, Jerk, Snatch) and skill movements (pull ups, HSPUs, pistols, etc.), good lung capacity, the ability to move with intent and focus, and mobility.
– CrossFit recognizes 10 general physical skills (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy (What is Fitness?)), and 3 distinct modalities (metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting). Throughout this program we will address each and every one of these physical skills and modalities, helping you become a better and more well-rounded athlete.
