Welcome to the Fundamentals of Nutrition program!
Over the next 10 weeks we are going to break down the pillars that make up my personal pyramid of health and nutrition – Lifestyle, Energy Balance, Macronutrients, Micronutrients, Water, Supplements, and Nutrient Timing. Each week will cover one of these pillars or its’ sub-subjects (Macros is 4 total weeks).
Throughout the program you will be provided with: information and charts to expand your knowledge, workouts, recipes, and asked to track or share about certain topics. Your goal for the next 10 weeks is not to try to master each level, but to see where your potential gaps are and find new tactics to try to improve those areas.
The only thing I ever ask of anyone is to give your best effort.
