Through this 8-week program (3 x Week + 6 Range of Motion Workouts – ROM WODs) we will develop strength in your Back Squat and work mainly compound movements to target the entire body. These movements are essential not just in weightlifting, but in life. Not only will we be lifting heavy, but we’ll also be adding volume and Metabolic Conditioners (Met-Con).

Through the course of this program, we will build a strong foundation of overall health and fitness for years to come.
