Description
Through this 12-week program we will develop total body strength, with an extra emphasis on Legs & Core. You will be provided with 2 Strength, 1 Cardio, and 6 Days of Stretching. The movements we work on are essential not just in weightlifting, but in life and sports specifically.
Not only will we be focused on increasing strength in compound movements, but we will also be adding Prehab/Rehab movements, and Metabolic Conditioners (Met-Cons).
Through the course of this program, we will build a strong foundation of overall health and fitness.
