Almond Breaded Chicken Breasts

ingredients

  • Chicken – 40oz
  • Almond Flour – 1 Cup
  • Panko Bread Crumbs (Italian Seasoned – HyVee) – 1/4 Cup
  • Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Egg (large) – 2
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1/4 Cup

Makes 8 servings

1. In a large bowl, combine: Almond Flour, Panko Bread Crumbs, Paprika, and Pepper

2. In another large bowl, crack and whisk the Eggs

3. Dunk Chicken into Eggs, then press firmly into Breading on both sides

4. Place on baking sheet and Bake @ 350 for about 20 min
