Apple Cider Pork Chop

ingredients

Pork Loin – 2 lbs

Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp

Concord Grape Jelly (Smuckers) – 1/2 Cup

Smokey Brown Sugar BBQ (Stubbs) – 1 Cup

Sugar Free Sweet Chili (G Hughes) – 1/4 Cup

Corn Starch – 1 Tbsp

Makes 8 servings

1. Add Olive Oil to pan over medium heat, once hot, add Pork Chops and cook until finished – about 4-6 min/side.

2. Add Honey and Apple Cider to a pot and bring to a boil.

3. Remove from heat, add in Corn Starch. Stir occasionally, while allowing it to cool down until it thickens.
