Granny Smith Apple – 150g

Clementine – 100g

Weber Zesty Lemon Seasoning – to taste

1. Soak Cedar Plank for at least 2 hours.

2. Season Steelhead.

3. Place Apple and Clementine on top.

4. Grill until internal temp reaches 145.
