ingredients

  • Apple – 1 (I used Honey Crisp)
  • Natural Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Nuts – 1/8 cup (I used Almonds)
  • Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips – 1/8 cup

Makes 6 servings

1. Slice Apple and core.

2. Spread Peanut Butter and top with other ingredients

*You can cut the calories by 105 by only using 1 tbsp of PB.
