Asian Turkey & Avocado Salad

ingredients

Ground Turkey – 1 lbs

Garlic Sriracha Seasoning (Weber) – 1 Tbsp

Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Sweet Chili Sauce (Verona Valley) – 3 Tbsp

Matchstick Carrots (Bolthouse) – 1 bag (10 oz)

Cucumber – 1 medium

Lettuce – 1 Head

Cilantro – 1 tsp

Avocado – 2 Medium

French Onion Straws (Frenchs) – 1/3 cup

Avocado – 2 Medium

Water – 2 Tbsp

Lime Juice – 1 Tbsp

Rice Vinegar (Marukan) – 2 Tbsp

*Makes 4 Servings

1. Combine Turkey, Garlic Sriracha, Pepper, and Sweet Chili Sauce and allow to marinade for about 30 min

2. Cook over medium-low heat until fully cooked

3. Make dressing by combining: 1/2 an Avocado (mashed), Water, Lime juice and Rice Vinegar. Stir until you have a paste like consistency.

4. Combine: Lettuce, Carrots, and Cucumber

5. Plate everything together, topping with Dressing, Cilantro, Onion Straws and additional Avocado
