1. Make Brown Rice and Chicken separately
2. Put Rice on flatbread, then add Chicken, Wonton Strips and Teriyaki Sauce
3. Bake at 400 until warm
Chicken – 100g
Brown Rice – 1/8 cup
Wanton Strips (Safeway) – 1 tbsp
Teriyaki Sauce (HyVee) – 1 tbsp
Flatbread – 1 serving (see recipe at bottom)
