Baked Halibut

ingredients

Halibut – 6 oz

Olive Oil – 2 tsp

Green Pepper – 1/2 cup

Yellow Pepper – 1/2 cup

Brown Rice – 1/4 cup

Wholly Guacamole Mini – 1/2 container

Seasonings of choice

*Makes 6 servings

1. Seasoning Halibut and bake at 350 for about 15 min

2. Make Rice

3. Slice or chop peppers and cook in pan with 2 tsp Olive Oil
