Baked Mahi-Mahi in Tomato Sauce

ingredients

Mahi-Mahi – 48oz

Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp

Garlic (Minced – Spice World) – 1 Tbsp

Tomatoes – 200g

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Pepper – 1 tsp

Basil – 2 Tbsp

Zesty Lemon Seasoning (Weber) – 1 tsp

Oregano – 1 tsp

*Makes 8 servings

. Add Olive Oil to a large pan over Medium heat

2. Add Garlic and cook for about 1-2 min

3. Add: Tomatoes, Salt, Pepper, Basil and Oregano. Simmer for about 12-15 min

4. Season Mahi-Mahi with Zesty Lemon and bake @ 400 for about 12 min

5. Remove and top with Tomato Sauce
