Baked PB Cookie Dough

ingredients

  • Oats (Quaker) – 1/2 Cup
  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Kirkland) – 1/3 cup
  • Maple Syrup (Kirkland) – 1/4 cup
  • Coconut Oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp
  • Peanut Butter Cup Protein (FNX) – 1/2 Scoop
  • Sea Salt Caramel Chips (Hershey’s) – 2 Tbsp

Makes 2 servings

1. Mix all ingredients together (save 1/2 the Choc Chips for topping)

2. Spray an oven proof cup/bowl with cooking spray, then add mixture and top with remaining Choc Chips

3. Bake @ 350 for 20 min
