Baked Pollock w/ Roasted Asparagus & Mixed Veggies

Pollock – 8oz

Asparagus – 1 Cup

Mixed Veggies – 1 Cup

Brown Rice – 1/2 Cup

Spices of Choice

Coconut Oil – 1 Tbsp

1. Make Rice

2. Season Pollock & bake @ 350 for roughly 20-15 min.

3. Roast Asparagus in a hot pan.

4. Steam Mixed Veggies
