Beef Enchilada Pasta

ingredients

  • Ground Beef (88/12) – 32oz (2 lbs)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Minced Garlic – 1 Tbsp
  • Onion Powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Chili Powder – 2 Tbsp
  • Elbow Pasta (Barilla Protein+) – 1 container
  • Beef Broth (No salt – Hyvee) – 2 Cups
  • Enchilada Sauce (Old El Paso) – 1 container (270g)
  • Chihuahua Cheese (Supremo) – 1 Cup

Makes 8 servings

1. Press “Sauté” and brown the Ground Beef, stirring in: Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic and Onion Powder. Press “cancel”

2. Add: Pasta, Broth and Enchilada Sauce. Stir well (make sure pasta is submerged in liquid)

3. Cook on “high” for 8 min, let naturally release for 5 min, then quick release any remaining pressure

4. Stir in Cheese
