1. Press “Sauté” and brown the Ground Beef, stirring in: Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic and Onion Powder. Press “cancel”

3. Cook on “high” for 8 min, let naturally release for 5 min, then quick release any remaining pressure
