  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Hyvee) – 1/2 Cup
  • Blueberry Muffin Protein (FNX) – 1 Scoop
  • Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland) – 1/4 Cup (62g)
  • Raspberries – 50g
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp

Makes 1 serving

Mix together & place in refrigerator over night

*I personally put the fruit in the morning of to keep more crisp
