Blueberry Muffins #2

ingredients

  • Blueberry Protein (FNX) – 2 Scoops
  • PB Fit (Better Body) – 4 Tbsp
  • Whole Wheat Flour – 3 Tbsp
  • Coconut Flour – 2 Tbsp
  • Baking Powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Stevia (Sweet Drops) – 5 Drops
  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Chobani) – 1.5 Cups
  • Egg Whites (large) – 8
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Hyvee) – 1/3 Cup
  • Blueberries – 100g

Makes 14 servings

1. Add all Dry ingredients into a bowl and mix

2. Add in Wet ingredients and stir

3. Place in refrigerator for 30-60 min

4. Spray a muffin tin generously and spread batter evenly (about 3/4 full)

5. Bake @ 350 for about 12-15 min
