1. Spray Muffin Tins with cooking spray
2. Preheat oven to 375
3. Mix Protein, Baking Powder and Flour.
4. In another bowl mix together: eggs, sugar, yogurt, oil, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon zest.
5. Add dry ingredients and mix.
6. Add Blueberries – *Stir by hand
7. Fill each tin about 2/3 full
