Blueberry Protein Oatcakes

ingredients

  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Almond Milk (unsweetened) – 1 cup
  • Banana – 1
  • PB Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tbsp
  • Cashews – 1/4 cup
  • FNX Blueberry Muffin Protein – 1 scoop
  • Blueberries – 1 cup

Makes 4 servings

1. Place ingredients in blender/food processor (except blueberries)

2. Spray pan or griddle with cooking oil and heat. Add blueberries on top of batter
