ingredients

  • FNX Blueberry Muffin AM Protein – 1 scoop
  • Blueberries – 100g
  • Coconut Flower – 1/3 cup
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Egg Whites – 2
  • Egg – 1
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce – 2 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder – 2 tsp

Glaze:

  • FNX Blueberry Muffin AM Protein – 1/2 scoop
  • Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt – 80g

Makes 6 Donuts

Donut –

1. Combine: Egg Whites, Egg, Applesauce, Vanilla & Milk.

2. Combine: Protein, Coconut Flower, Blueberries, Baking Powder.

3. Combine both together and mix.

4. Pour into Donut mold and bake @ 325 for 25 min.

Glaze:

1. Mix Protein and Yogurt until you get a smooth texture
