Breakfast Burritos

ingredients

Ground Beef (85/15 – Kirkland) – 20 oz

Jalapeno Peppers (stemmed and diced) – 25g

Orange Bell Pepper (diced) – 100g

White Onion (diced) – 100g

Egg White (large) – 12

Brown Rice – 1 Cup

Cheese (Queso – Supremo) – 56g

Whole Wheat Tortillas (Kroger) – 6

*Makes 6 Burritos

1. Make Rice

2. Add Ground Beef, Jalapeno, Orange Bell Pepper and Onion to a pan over medium/low heat and brown the beef

3. Take beef off of pan, spray with cooking oil and cook the Egg Whites

4. Mix all ingredients together

5. Add stuffing evenly among the Tortillas and roll

6. Air Fry @ 360 for 6 min. Top with any remining cheese
