Breakfast Crunch Wrap

ingredients

Large Tortilla (Mission) – 1

Egg White (large) – 4

Egg (large) – 1

Turkey Bacon (Kirkland) – 1 slice

Cheddar Cheese (Roundy’s) – 1/8 Cup

Hot Sauce (Cholula) – 1 tsp

Guacamole (Cabo Fresh) – 2 Tbsp

*Makes 4 mini stuffed peppers

1. Spray frying pan with cooking spray, once warm add Egg and Egg Whites. Cover with lid until eggs are no longer runny

2. Top with Hot Sauce and Turkey Bacon (previously cooked)

3. Spread Guacamole and Cheese on Tortilla, then add egg on top. Fold like a Crunch Wrap

4. Air Fry @ 360 for 6 minutes
