Breakfast Quesadilla

ingredients

  • Egg Whites – 150g
  • Tortilla (wheat) – 1
  • Cheese (Queso Supremo) – 1/4 Cup
  • Ground Turkey – 4 oz
  • Hot Sauce – optional

Makes 4 Servings

1. Spray pan with cooking oil, then add Egg Whites

2. Cook until underside is no longer runny, then add Tortilla

3. Flip, then add Cheese, Ground Turkey, and Hot Sauce (optional)

4. Fold in half and allow cheese to melt
