Buffalo Mozzarella Pull Apart

ingredients

Mozzarella Balls (Bel Gioioso) – 8oz

Egg – 2 large

Hot Sauce (Franks) – 4 Tbsp

Whole Wheat Flour (Gold Medal) – 1/3 cup

Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs (Hyvee) – 1/2 cup

*Makes 6 servings

1. Mix Flour and Bread Crumbs

2. Mix Eggs & Hot Sauce

3. Mix Mozzarella Balls into Dry Mix, then Wet Mix

4. Form an aluminum foil “boat” and add the Mozzarella Balls and Wet Mix. Top with a little Dry Mix

5. Air Fry @ 380 for 7 min
