Cajun Ground Turkey w/ Roasted Veggies & Cauliflower Rice

Ground Turkey – 1 lbs

Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

Cauliflower Rice – 4 cups

Orange Bell Pepper – 1

Green Bell Pepper – 1

Zucchini Squash – 2

Onion – 1/2 onion

Cajun Seasoning

*Makes 4 Servings

1. Slice Peppers, Zucchini and onion

2. Put Olive Oil & Veggies in pan over medium heat

3. Season Turkey with Cajun to taste and cook

4. Make Cauliflower Rice & combine all
