Calzone – Pepperoni Pizza

ingredients

Self Rising Flour (Pillsbury) – 75g

Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt (Chobani) – 75g

Tomato Paste – 1/4 Cup

Paprika – 1/4 tsp

Red Pepper Flakes – 1/4 tsp

Garlic Power – 1/4 tsp

Onion Powder – 1/4 tsp

Oregano Leaves – 1/4 tsp

Turkey Pepperoni (Hormel) – 17 Slices (30g)

Makes 1 servings

1. Combine Self Rising Flour and Greek Yogurt – forming into a ball of dough

2. Sprinkle Flour on counter and roll dough out gently (do not roll too thin or you will crack the dough when folding)

3. Make the sauce by combining Tomato Paste with all of the Spices.

4. Spread sauce then add the Pepperonis, and fold over top

5. Use a fork to press the edges together, then spray top with cooking spray and top with any spices you choose

6. Air Fry @ 400 for 16 minutes
