Calzone – Turkey Melt

Self Rising Flour (Pillsbury) – 75g

Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt (Chobani) – 75g

Turkey Breast – 2 oz

Turkey Bacon (Columbus) – 1 Slice

Low Fat Mozzarella (Roundys) – 1/4 Cup

Roma Tomato – 1/8 Cup

Makes 1 servings

1. Combine Self Rising Flour and Greek Yogurt – forming into a ball of dough

2. Sprinkle Flour on counter and roll dough out gently (do not roll too thin or you will crack the dough when folding)

3. Add ingredients to one size and fold over top

4. Use a fork to press the edges together, then spray top with cooking spray and top with any spices you choose

5. Air Fry @ 400 for 16 minutes
