Caramel Orange – Mini Loaf

ingredients

  • FNX Salted Caramel Protein – 1 scoop
  • Whole Wheat Flour – 1 1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Kroger) – 1 cup
  • Stevia Drops (Sweet Leaf) – 5 drops
  • Egg – 2 large
  • Orange Juice – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/3 cup

Makes 8 servings

1. Mix Dry ingredients into one bowl and Wet ingredients into another.

2. Slowly combine dry mixture into the wet mixture.

3. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
