Cedar Plank Lemon Salmon

ingredients

Salmon – 4 lbs

Lemon – 2 each

Spices – Zesty Lemon (Weber), Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder – 1 tsp each

*Makes 10 servings

1. Soak Cedar Plank board for 1 hour each side

2. Juice both lemons and pour lemon juice on Salmon

3. Season with spices

4. Place Lemon rounds underneath and on top of Salmon

5. Bake for about 12-15 min @ 375
