Cedar Plank Salmon with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Salmon – 2 lbs

Cedar Plank

Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

Brussels Sprouts – 4 cups

Parmesan Cheese – 8 tbsp

1. Soak cedar plank for 60 min

2. Grill Salmon on cedar plank

3. Pan fry brussel sprouts in olive oil

4. Top with a pinch of parmesan cheese
