Chewy Blueberry Cashew Granola Bars

ingredients

  • Oats (Quaker) – 2 1/2 Cup
  • Coconut Oil – 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Kroger) – 1 Cup
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1/3 Cup
  • Honey – 3 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 Tbsp
  • Frozen Blueberries – 1 Cup

Cut into 12 bars

1. Stir all ingredients

2. Spray 8×8 pan with cooking oil

3. Bake @ 350 for 15-18 min
