Oats (Quaker) – 2 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil – 1 tsp
Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Kroger) – 1 Cup
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1/3 Cup
Honey – 3 Tbsp
Cinnamon – 1 Tbsp
Frozen Blueberries – 1 Cup
Cut into 12 bars
1. Stir all ingredients
2. Spray 8×8 pan with cooking oil
3. Bake @ 350 for 15-18 min
