Coconut Oil – 1 tsp
Oats – 2 1/2 Cup
Apple Sauce – 1 Cup
Almond Milk – 1/3 Cup
Honey – 3 tbsp
Cinnamon – 2 tbsp
Frozen Raspberries – 1 Cup
Cut into 8 bars
1. Stir all ingredients
2. Spray 8×8 pan with cooking oil
3. Bake @ 350 for 15-18 min
