Chicken Burrito Salad Bowl

ingredients

  • Chicken – 2 lbs
  • Cauliflower Rice – 4 Cups
  • Black Beans (No Salt – Kroger) – 1 Can
  • Corn (No Salt – Kroger) – 1 Can
  • Grape Tomatoes (sliced) – 2 Cups
  • Lettuce (chopped) – 8 Cups
  • Avocado – 4 Medium
  • Limes (sliced) – 2

Makes 8 servings

1. Marinade Chicken in sauce of choosing (*this will change the macros)

2. Bake @ 350 for about 20-25 min. Then Slice

3. Drain and rinse Beans & Corn, then heat in a pot

4. Microwave Cauliflower Rice packet

5. Place ingredients evenly in bowl, top with Lime juice
