Unsweetened Almond Milk (Hyvee) – 1/4 cup 1/4 cup Cheese (Supremo)
Rotisserie Chicken Breast Meat (Kirkland)- 3 oz
Multigrain English Muffin (Thomas) r
Makes 4 Servings
Whisk Eggs and Almond Milk together
Spray baking pan (8×8) and pour in eggs
Bake @ 350 for 12 min (until eggs are no longer runny)
Allow to cool, then cut into 4 pieces
Assemble Sandwich (Muffin, Egg, Cheese, Chicken)
Air Fry 400 for 5 min
