  • Blue Corn Tortilla Chips (Simple Truth) – 56g
  • Black Beans – 40g
  • Diced Tomatoes – 150g
  • Jalapenos – 20g
  • Cheese – 40g
  • Taco Seasoning (Homemade) – 1 Tbsp

1. Premake Chicken and Seasoning

2. Assemble Nachos in any fashion you prefer in a pan

3. Bake at 350 for about 10 min (until cheese is melted and chicken is warm)
