Chicken Stuffed Peppers

ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 lb
  • Seasoning of choice
  • Bell Peppers – 6
  • Corn – 1 container (no salt)
  • Bean of choice – 1 container (no salt)
  • Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  • Brown Rice – 3/4 cup

Makes 6 peppers

1. Season chicken & bake about 18 min @ 400

2. Shred Chicken

3. Make rice

4. Combine all ingredients and mix

5. Cut tops off peppers & stuff

6. Bake about 5-10 min
