Garbanzo Beans (No Salt – Hyvee) – 2 Cans
Red Onion (chopped) – 1 large
Feta Cheese (Soiree) – 1 container
Parsley – 1/4 Cup
Mint – 1/8 Cup
Lemon Juice – 2 Tbsp
Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper/Salt – to taste
Makes 6 Servings
Chop and dice Cucumber and Onion
