Chocolate Brownie Batter – Mini Loaf

ingredients

  • FNX Resilience Brownie Batter Protein – 1 scoop
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Kroger) – 1/3 cup
  • Stevia Drops (Sweet Leaf) – 5 drops
  • Egg – 1 large
  • Egg Whites – 2
  • Banana (mashed) – 125g
  • Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp
  • Whole Wheat Flour – 1 1/2 cups
  • Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Hershey’s Special Dark Choc Chips – 2 tbsp

Makes 8 servings (2 mini loafs)

1. Mix Dry ingredients into one bowl and Wet ingredients into another. – except for 1 tbsp Choc Chips

2. Slowly combine dry mixture into the wet mixture.

3. Bake at 350 for about 30 min. (add 1 tbsp Choc Chips around the 25 min mark)
