Chocolate PB Protein Pudding

  • Chocolate Rice Cakes (Quaker) – 3
  • PB Cup Protein (FNX) – 1 Scoop
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Hershey’s) – 1 tsp
  • Monk Fruit (Lakanto) – 1 tsp
  • PB Powder (PB Fit) – 2 Tbsp
  • Chocolate Stevia (Sweet Drops) – 5 Drops
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk – 1/2 Cup

Makes 6 servings

1. Break the Rice Cakes into small pieces

2. Add all ingredients into a bowl or jar and mix

3. Store in refrigerator overnight
