Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Bowl

ingredients

  • Apple (Honeycrisp – Peeled and cored) – 300g (about 3 small)
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
  • Apple Pie Cookie Butter Protein Powder – 2 Tbsp
  • Golden Raisins (Sun-Maid) – 1/4 cup
  • Chia Seeds – 2 Tbsp
  • Unsalted Cashews – 1/2 oz
  • Unsalted Pistachios – 1/2 oz

Makes 2 Servings

1. Finely dice 1 Apple, cut other 2 into larger chunks
2. Add Apple Chunks, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cookie Butter Powder and Raisins into a food processor. Blend for about 2 min (scrape sides occasionally), once finished, mix in Chia Seeds.
3. Spread on top of diced Apple, refrigerate and enjoy!
