Cinnamon Pancakes (Vegan)

ingredients

  • Banana – 100g
  • Oats (Quaker) – 40g
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1 Cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 Tbsp
  • Frosted Cinnamon Roll (Protein Cookie Butter Powder) – 1 Tbsp

Makes 3 servings

1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor/blender

2. Let mixture sit in refrigerator for 30 min (Oats need to absorb the liquid and thicken)

3. Spray pan with cooking oil and make pancakes
