Cranberry & Salted Caramel Granola Bars

ingredients

  • Quaker Rolled Oats – 1 1/2 cups
  • FNX Salted Caramel Protein – 1 scoop
  • Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • Dried Cranberries – 1/4 cup
  • Honey – 3 tbsp
  • Coconut Oil (melted) – 3 tbsp
  • Egg Whites – 2 tbsp
  • Salt, Cinnamon – to taste

Makes 12 servings

1. Mix Oats, Protein, Almonds, Salt and Cinnamon

2. Melt Coconut Oil and combine with Honey and Egg Whites

3. Mix all together and stir in Cranberries

4. Spray 9×9 pan with cooking spray and add mixture

5. Bake at 325 for about 12-14 min
