Crispy Buffalo Chicken

Chicken Breast – 1 lb

Franks Red Hot Sauce – 1/4 Cup

Unsweetened Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1/4 Cup

Whole Wheat Flour – 1/4 Cup

Lawry’s Seasoning Salt – 1 tsp

Garlic Powder – 1 tsp

Onion Powder – 1 tsp

Cayenne Pepper – 1 tsp

*Makes 4 Servings

1. Cut Chicken Breast into 4 equal pieces

2. Mix Franks Red Hot and Almond Milk, marinade the chicken in this mix

3. Mix Flour, Lawry’s, Garlic, Onion and Cayenne

4. Place Chicken into the dry mix to completely coat

5. Air Fry @ 390 for 8 min, flip, spray with cooking oil and fry for another 6 min
