1. Cut Chicken Breast into 4 equal pieces
2. Mix Franks Red Hot and Almond Milk, marinade the chicken in this mix
3. Mix Flour, Lawry’s, Garlic, Onion and Cayenne
4. Place Chicken into the dry mix to completely coat
5. Air Fry @ 390 for 8 min, flip, spray with cooking oil and fry for another 6 min
