Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

ingredients

  • Coconut Flour (Bobs Red Mill) – 2 Tbsp
  • Resilience Brownie Batter Protein (FNX) – 1 scoop
  • Water – 2 Tbsp
  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Chobani) – 50g
  • Egg Whites (Large) – 2
  • Stevia (Sweet Drops) – 5 Drops
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Ghiradelli) – 15g 

Makes 8 servings

1. Mix Coconut Flour and Protein Powder

2. Stir in: Water, Greek Yogurt, Egg Whites and Stevia to create the dough

3. Add Chocolate Chips and stir

4. Form into 8 “balls” (more blob than ball)

5. Spray cookie sheet and Bake @ 350 for about 15-20 min
