Feta & Herb Crusted Salmon

ingredients

Salmon (Costco) – 4 lbs

Lemon (Juiced) – 1

Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp

Minced Garlic (Spice World) – 1 Tbsp

Zesty Lemon Seasoning (Weber) – 1 Tbsp

Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Parsley – 1 tsp

Dill – 1 tsp

Reduced Fat Feta Cheese (Athenos) – 1/2 Cup

*Makes 8

1. Juice Lemon and combine with Olive Oil and Garlic

2. Combine seasonings: Zesty Lemon, Pepper, Salt, Parsley and Dill

3. Cut the squeezed lemon into slices and place underneath the Salmon on a baking sheet

4. Pour Lemon Oil mix over the top of the Salmon, then evenly spread seasoning on top. Finally top with Feta

5. Bake @ 400 for 20 min
