1. Juice Lemon and combine with Olive Oil and Garlic
2. Combine seasonings: Zesty Lemon, Pepper, Salt, Parsley and Dill
3. Cut the squeezed lemon into slices and place underneath the Salmon on a baking sheet
4. Pour Lemon Oil mix over the top of the Salmon, then evenly spread seasoning on top. Finally top with Feta
5. Bake @ 400 for 20 min
