Fish Fry

ingredients

Cod – 3 lbs

Honey – 1 Tbsp

Egg – 2 large

Whole Wheat Flour – 1/2 Cup

Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs – 1/2 Cup

Zesty Lemon Seasoning (Weber) – 1 Tbsp

Garlic Power/Onion Powder – 1 Tbsp

Paprika/Pepper – 1 tsp

Lemon (juiced) – 1

*Makes 8 servings

1. Combine Honey, Lemon and Eggs in a large bowl (wet)

2. In another large bowl, combine dry ingredients

3. Cut Cod into strips or chunks of desired size

4. Toss Cod in dry mixture, then into wet mixture and back into the dry mixture again

5. Spray Air Fryer and top of Cod with cooking spray

6. Place a lemon slice on top of Cod

7. Air Fry @ 400 for 12 min.

8. At the 8 min mark, flip the Cod and spray top with cooking spray
