ingredients

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk Yogurt (Silk) – 1 cup

Egg Whites – 1/2 cup

Baking Powder – 1/2 tbsp

Whole Wheat Flour – 3/4 cup

Almond Flour (Full Circle) – 1/4 cup

Red Pepper Flakes, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder – to taste

Makes 4 servings

1. Combine/Stir dry ingredients in one bowl (Baking Powder, Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, Red Pepper, Onion/Garlic Powder), and wet in another (Yogurt, Egg Whites).

2. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir together.

3. Spray 13×9 pan, spread out mixture evenly and bake at 450 for about 10 min.
