Fried Chicken

ingredients

Chicken – 36 oz

Whole Wheat Flour – 1/4 Cup

Eggs (large – whisked) – 2

Zesty Lemon Seasoning (Weber) – 1 Tbsp

Oregano – 1 tsp

Cayenne Pepper – 1 tsp

Black Pepper – 1 tsp

Panko Breadcrumbs – 3/4 Cup

Shredded Parmesan (Belgioioso) – 6 Tbsp

*Makes 8 Servings

1. Place Flour and Eggs (whisk) in their own separate bowls.

2. In a 3rd bowl, combine: Lemon seasoning, Oregano, Cayenne, Black Pepper, Breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

3. Dip Chicken into Flour, then Egg, then 3rd bowl, pressing mixture into chicken.

4. Air Fryer @ 370 for 15 min, flip at 10 min mark
