Garlic Ranch Fries

ingredients

Idaho Potato – 2 Medium

Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp

Garlic Powder – 1 tsp

Ranch Powder (Hidden Valley) – 1 Tbsp

*Makes 4 servings

1. Slice Potatoes into desired size (I used a mandolin)

*Note the thicker the slices, the longer you’ll want to fry them to get them crispy

2. Mix the seasonings together

3. Place Fries in a large bowl and pour Olive Oil over top. Add 1/2 of the seasoning mix then toss to coat. Then add remaining seasoning and toss again

4. Air Fry @ 400 for 30-40 min
